Ordering Policy
We handle orders as quickly as possible, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders (like special requests and custom orders) may take up to 1-2 weeks to process. We ship on Monday through Friday.
We accept Visa, MasterCard as methods of payment. All Super de Duper prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and for international orders, your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.
Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.

We offer FREE shipping at this time on orders of all sizes. All orders are sent via USPS. If you need your order shipped quicker we can also ship via FedEx for a special fee and arrangements for the additional cost must be done prior to order being shipped.
Orders sent to Post Office boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail.
Shipping times
Regular service: 3-7 business days, sent by USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Super de Duper Illustration (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
Shipping outside the United States
Super de Duper offers a simple flat rate shipping fee no matter how much you purchase for delivery to a single address. The flat rate shipping fee for anywhere outside the United States is $20.00.
International orders are shipped by a traceable method. However, Super de Duper s is only responsible for the delivery of your packages up to the port of entry. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.
Customs Fees
Orders may be charged taxes, duties, and customs fees by customs and are the customer's responsibility.
All customs forms will reflect the total value of your purchase as Merchandise. Super De Duper is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
